Although
I've been moving away from ska/punk Big D and The Kids Table is one band
I really enjoyed. With their Operation Ivy style and continuous offbeat
they are one band that stands out from the latest offerings the Americans
are throwing at us. The first song "In Front of Me" has great
jumpy guitar with powerful horns playing a tune you will want to come
back to. There is even a song about a turtle in the way of "Jeremy"
and some songs with hardcore influences in "Stupid Mind". Favourite
song though is "Giving It Up", which has an excellent tune. |
